To apply for personal training sessions please complete the PAR- Q+ form, and if applicable, the Par- Q+ follow up questions and submit. Rand Strong will be in touch shortly to set up a virtual or in person consultation and assessment.Once a consultation and assessment has been scheduled, you may complete the Lifestyle and Health History questionnaire.

Personal Training Session
Each session includes 1- 1.5 hours of personalized training for the individual goals of each client. Per request, each session can include a written list of each exercise, and or videos of the program curated by Rand Strong. Also, per request of the individual, a suggested meal plan can be included. Please visit the "Plans & Pricing" page to purchase a single session or or multiple sessions once you have completed the PAR- Q+, the PAR- Q + Follow Up, if needed, and the Lifestyle and Health History Questionnaire.
